One star because of poor customer service. I was willing to wait a month for the fan to arrive. When a month and a half passed, I checked the tracking number only to see it was misdelivered - of course that’s not the company’s fault. But I was not given a refund - just told to contact USPS. Yeah good luck trying to get anything out of that either
