These keycaps utilize an advanced dye sublimation process, known as "five-sided dyb-sublimation," which surpasses ordinary double-shot techniques. This process allows for vibrant and highly detailed patterns to be printed on the keycaps, ensuring a visually appealing and durable keyboard.
The quality of PBT keycaps is determined by the percentage of PBT content. To ensure the utmost quality, Lofree has meticulously crafted keycaps with a PBT content of 85% or higher in our own factory, specifically for the Lofree Flow keyboard.
I have been using low profile keyboards for the better part of the last year, and decided to pull the trigger on this one to see if it could put an end to my hunt for the best one. In a way, it did.
The Flow has an incredibly smooth typing experience, and these switches are absolutely phenomenal. If I could toss them into my Nuphy boards (you can't, Kailh vs Gateron low profile), I'd be beyond happy. Both the linear switches, and the tactile switches are an absolute joy to type on. Additionally, the board arrives ready to use, no modifications necessary. The stabilizers are incredibly well tuned, and I've had no unwanted sounds at all. The metal build is a bit cheap feeling, but overall it does make the product feel better than a plastic build so I can't be too upset about it.
This brings me to the two main things that I find completely mind numbing. Switch types are locked into the color of the board. If you want black caps but linear switches, you have to spend extra money to buy the linear switches separately. The even larger issue is the fact that this keyboard has ZERO customization for layout. Nuphy is pumping out QMK/VIA compatible boards left and right, but Lofree decided that you should have zero say in what each key does.
I think that the actual feel/sound/typing experience makes this keyboard the best low profile board on the market, no questions asked. The two issues I brought up, however, make me scratch my head wondering how on earth this keyboard was brought to market given the current landscape of mechanical keyboards in general.
At the end of the day, I really love this keyboard and I use it daily. I'm just incredibly annoyed that I'm left with a stock standard layout instead of the one I have built for myself over a few years of testing/tinkering.

I purchased the black version with Phantom Switches and was very happy with it. It took exactly 2 weeks for the package to arrive. The tactile switches also give a very nice feeling when you type, which keeps getting better over time. The sound is quite complete, not as silent as I thought but totally fine as a mechanical keyboard. The shipment status is also regularly updated. So far, I'm very happy with it!
For that price I'm a bit disappointed that we can see the LED through the key caps... I can't turn the light on of the keyboard because of how ugly it is to see the led through the key caps.. otherwise the feeling is great when typing.
Fits perfectly in-between a full travel mechanical keyboard and an apple Magic Keyboard. Exactly what I wanted.
