Compatibility

I purchased these to use in my Keychron K9 Pro with Gateron hot swap sockets. These are not compatible with them. Big let down.

Customer Service needs improvement and refund policy needs to be followed

Bought the wrong item and wanted a refund. They don't cover the cost of shipping it back, having me pay $20 for the cheapest shipping option (with no tracking number) and no updates on the process, where I constantly have to reach out asking if the package has arrived and no refund so far.

Worth it

Hands down, these are by far the nicest switches I've ever touched. I bought each set thinking I could use the extra switches on some ortho/ergo projects I've been working on. Few compatibility options for the v2 switches means i have tasted greatness but am unable to use them in my other builds. Now all my other switches feel like cheap plastic and I'm sad all the time. Still worth it.
