The keycaps look good during day time, but feel thin and slightly see through -- unlike the original keycaps.

At night time however, the keyboard backlight is completely see through, and completely ruins the look. All you see are two bright green lights on top of each keycap.

For the price, I would have expected this not to be an issue.

Kind of a rip-off. It looks good if used on a Flow100 or whatever size you use, but there's nothing special about it. It also starts to look really bad the moment you turn on the backlight. The plastic is so thin that you get two ugly spots instead of a diffused backlight.

In the picture I'm using a mix of the default dark ones and the retro.

I originally ordered the 100 keyboard with the black key caps. But the fonts are in white and very small, even though I wear glasses I still have a small issue typing. So I decided to buy the beige and orange key caps with a larger font. Now I can type faster and better without making a mistake. I’m also going to buy one more set in a different color and design. So far I truly love it. I would love to demonstrate on YouTube keyboards, key caps but I want the company to send me their products. I also highly recommend these key caps if you wear glasses. Deeply disappointed with these. The LEDs from the board show through the keycaps in an uneven way that makes them look cheap and thin. The overall visual is awful.

It isn't even consistent in how it shows through - the Num key for example is way brighter, making me think the keycaps must also have some production inconsistencies.

The original keycaps that came with them don't have this problem at all, so I didn't expect this issue when ordering.

I have these and the colour is great and they have a lovely touch feel. I just wish there was a shine through option. I’m using them combined with the stock shine through which is ok, but feels a little frankenboard, which again some might like.

Really wanted to like this Retro keycap set. I really do like the overall Retro design, color and look. However the keys back light bleeds through the these Retro keycaps (as well as the original Lofree Flow white keycaps) which spoils the overall look, esp in the dark.
So currently I set the keys back light off, which defeats the purpose of the light up feature, which is unfortunate.

Side note, if Lofree made low profile shine through keycaps that would be amazing options to further customize keyboards.

I got a set of XVX PBT low profile key cap set has both shine through text but also does not have light bleed. However, they do not have this "cool" Retro orange colour scheme. You can't have it all. lol

The colorways and fonts on the key caps are very beautiful, however, it does not look good with the backlight on, the glow is not distributed as well as the original caps. The caps should be thicker.

The keycaps are wonderful. The thickness and weight is just right. Perfect compliment to the Lofree Flow.

This keyboard set is a work of art, and anybody looking to recall the old style keyboards of the nineties would have an excellent conversation piece. The kit comes with everything I needed to switch out the caps on my LoFree Flow 100, and the key feels just as good to use as the original whites.

I do wish, and would pay for, a keycap service where we had more customization. I've combined some of this keycap arrangement with the original whites for my own look. I like it, and the only complaints I have are nits -- the difference in the font between the original and custom keycaps mostly. If you could set up a way for us to completely customize our standard white Flow keycaps, adding a splash of colour here and there, I'd be one of the first in line to order.

These keycaps do let the LED backlight bleed through a little, but that's not a problem for me, as I don't use that backlighting.

Bought it as a back-up. Made it my main and have swapped-out everything for customised low-profile key caps.

Great keyboard to use. As good as everyone says but the size of the key letter set is so small the first thing you do I buy a new key cap set! ££

Can't say enough good things about the Lofree Flow keyboard. It's silky smooth and the ability to swap out switches and caps is awesome. Quality product all the way.

Nostalgic color combination. Thocky & creamy sounding keycaps with smooth surface. Hope will have black, white shine through versions too.
